very helpful and will help you book tours etc.We loved that the location was great, down one
street
union square (sketchy at night) and the other way china town/little italy, but just the hike was a bit of an inconvience.

The cable car goes right by the hotel on California
Street
so you have excellent options for getting to/from Fisherman`s Wharf and Union Square.
