1. It's in a great location (lots of differnt mini lines to choose from), it's a short walk to many different places to eat and drink (Union Street is great).

2. Yea, they don't have a parking garage (a lot of SF hotels don't), but we never had a single problem finding street parking the entire week we were there (you can leave your car overnight from 8 pm to 10 am and there were ample spots on the surrounding streets).

4. While our first room was facing Lombard and was quite noisy at night due to that being a very busy street, we're both great sleepers so it wasn't a problem.
