1. Staff is friendly, easy check in and out, and valet parking($16) This is not the Four Seasons, but in this price range its the best you will find in San Francisco.

2. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nicer/cleaner than we had thought (remember though, it is a budget/no frills motel), the beds were comfortable, and there were no sign of bed bugs in any of the three rooms we had booked.

10. The staff was very helpfull and friendly and gave us some very good tips about where to go/eat/shop etc. As some other reviews said there are some homeless people in the neighborhood but nothing to be afraid of, we always felt save when walking home at night.
