1. It is by far the best value we have found in the City, especially if we want free parking (we rent a car when heading inland to wine country or when coastal touring).

9. Basically if you want a cheap hotel with secure and free parking, well this will do, but beware whilst clean and comfortable, this is 2 star hotel at best, in a less than ideal area - I would not walk around outside after dark.
