We feel the exterior grounds need attention and the sign along the
street
needs lighting as we passed the entrance a couple of times at night.

The thing I liked best was this hotel has easy access to a main
street
that leads right downtown, yet is out of the congestion.

The pool room had seemingly broken doors that anyone off the
street
could enter through (you can only enter with your room key from the interior) The "hot" tub - wasn't.

I sleep with a fan on at home though, and the
street
noise stayed at a pretty steady hum (not off and on- that would have woke me up continually).
