The hotel does not provide a shuttle service to the park and the taxi's can only drop off at
Downtown
Disney which is further to walk than going directly from the hotel to the park.

As far as eating goes there are some excellent restaurants in
Downtown
Disney and the french family cafe Mimi's (work towards the Howard Johnson Hotel) was very reasonable ($13.99 for 3 courses and yummy too).
