small
(this is New York City, after all) but nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.

For $285 (plus tax) per night, the Broadway Inn put me up in a
small
room with a queen bed and few amenities: uncomfortable mattress; cheap bedding; tiny TV; noisy window A/C unit; no conditioner in shower; no functioning alarm clock.

The Broadway inn is a
small
hotel so they know every guest, and they even remember if you have special needs.
"Great Location, and no bed bugs!! I'll never stay any place else! "
