1. was a bit worried having read previous reviews on the cleanliness of this hotel, but it was fine - yes it is very dated and worn around the edges, but our room was very clean, bathroom was spotless and beds were clean and comfortable.

3. The rooms are not fancy at all but you have all the required amenities including coffee-making facilities (the coffee in the room doesn't taste good though!), bathroom, sink, hair dryer, TV, phone, alarm clock, air conditioning, a table and chairs - the lot.

4. I read other reviews and looked at their pictures - yes I did see the 'grime' and what they mentioned (but if I look hard enough I find that in my own home as well) but with the constant moisture in the bathrooms & foot traffic on the floors it is par for the course.

5. There was a burnt outlet cover in the room, lack of weather stripping around the room door, and general stains & build up thru out the rest (especially in the bathroom corners).

7. The bathroom door clearly had been punched and poorly patched, the electrical plug for the microwave and fridge was a little loose (which I found a little alarming).
