We really liked this hotel, i got a really good deal, we got to our room and it was very clean bathroom was clean, housekeeping service was great very friendly and helpfull staff, the landscaping very nice, lots of flowers, i can only say positive things abou the hotel because we had a good experience, dont believe the reviews, this hotel is great for the price, location is also very good, i tracked the time from hotel to disney and it took us 17.5 minutes, there is dennys next dorr for cheap lunch and dinner, i will go back next year.

5. this is a good hotel, close to disney and restaurants all the staff whas really nice, hotel i will go back again, you can enjoy the jacuzzi after a long walk at disneyland.

We noticed that our hotel staff didn't seem to have the training some of the hotel staff had along the strip close to Disneyland so we asked questions at the other hotels and were able to tell our hotel staff exactly what we need from them in the way of calling to make transportation reservations etc. This worked out well.
