3. From the chatty and funky valet who took our skis as we staggered in from a great day on the slopes, to the friendly reception staff to the bar staff - we felt they were 'one step ahead of the game' - always asking if we were satisfied and if there was anything else we needed.

4. Other included services we took full advantage of were the on-location ski valet and the car service, which took us back and forth to the mountains each day and could be called anytime for a ride from anywhere.
