4. I have since been to Travaasa hotel and Spa in Austin (not far from lake austin spa) - they have a beautiful campus as well, very tranquil waiting area and excellent treatment options.

8. He was rude and pompous beyond my patience, (Have only experienced such arrogance at 5 star hotels in Italy which i have also given up on) especially after having flown in from Mass.
