1. Pros: Exceptionally comfortable bed and high quality linen, very clean, large modern shower, helpful hotel staff, decent free breakfastCons: The passcode for the wifi changed often and we had to call reception every time to get the new one (a minor irritation).

9. Other gripes: Room service got an order wrong, no sign of the 'evening snacks', the shower was cold on our second morning, and the valet parking is a con - we were charged for 'valet parking' on our second day even though we hadn't taken the car out of the garage.
