1. Our microwave did not work when we checked in but maintenance had it replaced with a new one in less than an hour of my phone call, great customer service, you couldn't ask for any better than that.

8. They still charge for internet at the resort which they really should waive as many of the other resorts like Hilton Gand Vacation Club and Peace Cliff Canyon offer free service.
