9. Our boys enjoyed the game room -- pool table, foosball, chess, etc. The location is convenient IF YOU HAVE A CAR.

10. It's spacious enough for two people to use with closet space separate, etc. I rent a car when in Vegas, and since parking is free everywhere, this isn't a problem as far as location is concerned.
