2. The bath faucet was constently running, and the curtain looked like it hadn't been changed (or cleaned) since the early '80's.

3. The room was a good size and seemed clean but tired, and the tiling at ground level next to the bath had been damaged (looked like it had been kicked in to reveal pipework behind) and had not been fixed.
