1. The hotel staff were nice and the hotel might have been nice in the early 1970s.

2. Now the front desk staff was very nice and did everything that they could to help us out and I appreciate that but the owner should be ashamed that a lot of the rooms didn't have hot water and alot of guests were complaining about this.
