1. The location is very south on Ocean Drive so I would recommend if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle however within walking distance or short cab ride to all South Beach restaurants, clubs and shopping.

8. I highly recommend hotel taking steps to insulate the doors for sounds, adjust the door-closers to avoid slamming and limit the noise level from the Nikki Beach Club.
