3. We have had numerous occasions to stay at more 'upgraded' hotels, but this Fairfield Inn absolutely equaled the quality, comfort and guest service that we have paid much more for elsewhere.

7. Our first room was over the service laundry room, where the commericial dryers were running; and there was a horrible drone and vibration in the room.

9. There was no bell service (I realize this is a Fairfield and didn't expect any, but sometimes they have someone they can call to help, and I had a lot of luggage, a laptop, etc.) She pointed to the luggage carts, told me where the elevator was, and then turned her back on me.
