1. (I did discover later that there had been a vacancy at the Boulderado in the city, but I recognize that that move would have cost them much money, though not nearly as much as a bed bug infestation would cost me.

2. However, we had an item left behind, found (we were amazed) and then subsequently stolen by an employee who lied and told us it had been mailed to us (after taking our credit card information to 'pay' for the mailing costs).
