There were water spots on the ceiling-the ice machine did not work on my floor(16) nor 15, 14, or 13th floor-I had to call front desk and ask which floor had working ice machines-The front desk was not very helpful-the valet parking staff gave us directions and coupons for our stay-FYI-Downtown Cincinnati closes VERY early.
