1. They did nothing of course and I can`t even get anyone to answer after several calls upon our return to speak to a manager.

2. Even with that, the rudeness of the manager, the lack of helpfulness, and mediocre quality of the room and common areas would encourage us to find another hotel in the area that offered similar stay, park, and fly package.
