The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, was very quiet and I believe had all-night security, the
front desk
clerk who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel had a good continental breakfast included with the room rate.

When we asked about getting another room, we were met with unfriendliness and unaccommodating people at the
