3. As far as services, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle which is a nice bonus since this is a downtown hotel versus an airport hotel but availability may be an issue.

5. :(Not only is it NON smoking, parking is $10 a night, a refrigerator is $10 a night, and they cannot guarantee that their shuttle will be able to take you anywhere.

6. Then, the hotel failed to schedule our daughter's wedding for the shuttle service (one saving grace was the shuttle driver), and rudely blamed our daughter instead of taking responsiblity for their oversight.

7. They had two shuttles running from 6pm-3am and they would take you and pick you up wherever you needed to go.
