1. When I first arrived by taxi from the airport I was immediately approached by a woman who was looking for a 10-minute lover or a hit of crack, whichever the case, I promptly walked inside to a disenchanted and extremely rude clerk who acted like I was the biggest problem of her total existence.

2. I suppose the biggest complaint would be that they had gotten eight inches of snow and the parking areas were not plowed at all.
