3. ) Our room gets cleaned 2 times a week since we are long term guests and the house keeping staff is always very friendly and makes sure that everything is stocked for you, and during the week if you run out of anything whoever is at the front desk is always more than willing to help whether it be dish washer detergent, towels, paper, etc. and if they dont have it.

4. Keith the manager was extremely helpful, giving directions, recommending restaurants, making sure our needs were met with extra blankets and towels, and even locating my daughter's lost cell phone.

6. I did have to go to the front desk for toilet paper, there is no spare and for our 3 day stay we were supplied a 1/4 roll and two towels, they should have more supplied considering the room can sleep four.
