1. Neighborhood surrounding does not look great, but hotel felt safe at night.
"Great place for my business trip to Denver! " Read full review on Expedia   2/2/2010 Vote
2. But other than that, it's mostly hispanic-themed strip malls with pawn shops, western unions, burrito places, etc. I never felt unsafe, but if you're not Latino, you might not feel at home going for a jog around the neighborhood.
"Huge rooms, location isn't the greatest " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
3. The neighborhood is NOT upscale and nothing worth walking to in the vicinity.
"Nice, Pleasant, Unremarkable... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2010 Vote
4. I was somewhat leary about staying here after I read a review about the strip club across the street and being in a rundown neighborhood, but I am so glad I stayed here and have the chance to counter that review.
"Very Satisfied " Read full review on Expedia   7/15/2009 Vote
5. Run down urban neighborhood with a closed strip bar across the street and McDonalds next door.
"Do not be fooled by the website photos " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/8/2009 Vote
6. The neighborhood is a bit rough, and the hotel appeared a bit run down from the outside.
