1. The hot tub was clean, and the pool/hottub area and the adjacent exercise room are well equipped with towels, water and nearby restrooms.

2. There were a couple of minor issues that normally I'd overlook:slow elevator - sometimes up to 30 seconds before it began movingshower curtain - mishung and a few curtain rings missing (who steals curtain rings)exercise room - both Precor treadmills were broken with some type of error (again the front desk person was helpful in resetting these after he phoned the maintenance person)In the end everything was ok.
