1. When I complained to the front desk about the coffee maker and the alarm, they offered me a complimentary small coffee and breakfast bread from their onsite coffee bar.

7. Our conference facilities were great and when my television stations were a bit blurry one evening, the engineer came within 5 minutes and because he couldn't fix it to his standards (the satellite was effected by the weather) he gave me complimentary breakfast the next day.

8. There is no complimentary internet (though as part of a conference package I still received internet at a special rate) and worst of all, the hotel business center charges $1 per page for printing.

10. The club room on the 22nd floor is nice but is not all that exciting to be honest, it has great views and has complimentary snacks and drinks as well as breakfast and dinner snacks but not enough nor quality enough to warrant what I paid to stay there.
