1. Towels had not been refreshed, a used bar of soap was sitting on a used washcloth by the sink, carpet was dirty, bedspread was stained.

2. There was not a mini fridge and all extras were very minimal (no extra blankets, towels, etc.) The bed was pretty comfortable though.
