Departs from Crown Plaza hotel - not only a spooky couple of hours, but really informative history of Key West- Hemmingway House, Pirate Soul Museum - both worth a visit- take a walk down some of the adjacent streets to Duval - much, much quieter, few tourists, and you get a sense of the real Key West- Cuban restaurant near Mallory Square does good food and excellent Mojitos.
