6. ) Anything else even remotely close to Duval, the Hemingway house, lighthouse or Mallory Square is at least $100 more a night, and anything in the same price range as Southern Cross is truly disgusting.

7. Of course, who wouldn`t love to stay at the Hilton or Hyatt, but as long as I`m a teacher, that`s just a dream, and I still deserve a vacation now and again!(Its always best to take vacations in FL during the summer, anyway, when rates are near half price.
