I booked this hotel to stay at during my wedding a few weeks ago thinking that it couldn’t be as bad as it was last year, unfortunately it was worse they booked me in the wrong room after I had been on a waiting list for a balcony room when I told them there was a mistake they told me I was wrong and they wouldn’t refund the money I had paid for the supposed upgrade.

8. When I go the call to upgrade I could understand what the customer service person was saying because his english was so bad so I just said yes I want the room thinking that they knew I wanted a balcony room.
