5. Since the hotel was this close to the beach and the rates were outstanding compared to similar properties along Ocean Front Walk, I decided to take a chance being I would not be at the property much during the day time hours anyway.

9. Fabulous location on the beachfront with delightful roof terrace, incredibly friendly and helpful staff (particularly manager Greg), competitive rates (especially since we had a jacuzzi bath tub) and clean, light, well decorated rooms (if slightly small).

10. Manager Greg not fair with the room rates, gave price breaks to certain guests for ocean view but would not accomodate other guests with same promotion for regular roooms.
