1. We were informed about the free wine at 5.30pm every night in the lobby which is a nice touch for a hotel of this category.

The service was exquisite including the happy hour reception in the lobby, the check-in staff (they also readily printed my airline boarding pass), the parking lot staff, the lobby snack bar staff, and the top floor restaurant service (evening hors d'oeuvres at the bar as well as several breakfasts were taste treats).

8. The free shuttle made my stay so much easier (and cheaper by not having to rent a car!)They also have a complimentary wine hour in the lobby, which was very nice and a great way to meet new people.
