1. When we checked out we left an expensive pillow in the room but when we came back to get it 1hr later housekeeping had our pillow case in the trash and had claimed my pillow as their own.

2. First of all, I somehow left my camera behind after checking out, and not only did housekeeping turn it in, but the hotel manager was kind enough to mail it to me.

3. Soda was splattered on the inside of the front door, the carpet was VERY dirty, there was a strange burning smell from the housekeeping closet next door, and the VCR remote was broken.
