1. The staff were exceptional, the valet service was friendly, helpful and welcomed us with a smile every time we came back to the hotel.

2. My guess is the lot's so small they have to pay someone to park the cars just right, hence the valet fee.

3. Valet was $16 or $20 a night I think, but very convenient, always had the car ready if we called ahead or kept it close if asked to.

7. I would suggest expanding your room service menu, OFFERING Valet - not mandatory, and post a notice for the procedures for credit/debit card transactions in your lobby for your future guests.
