1. positive aspects- directly on Highland Ave, only 5-10 min walk to Hollywood Blvd, very convenient if you like to go to Madame Tussauds, Walk of Fame, Hard Rock Cafe, Hollywood Museum, Chinese Theatre and many souvenir shops- free parking, many parking spots- close to metro station Hollywood/Highland, close to Universal Studios and Hollywood bowl- rooms are clean, big, beds are comfortable - because of noise in the room service personell offered to switch rooms for free (we were offered a room with jacuzzi)- because of the trouble we were offered a private shuttle to the airport for a special price; when the car came it was a black strech limousine - awesome!negative aspects- DO NOT stay in room 343, the water heater is above it and is extremely loud at night- shuttle to airport is $15 per Person- breakfast is not included in hotel room .
