1. The manager recommended another room on the 3rd level but didn't work out and then finally we ended up in a room on the 6th but away from the DJ so it was bearable.

After manager contact where he gave blatantly false statements in front of an audience saying our problem was due to a reservation made through Expedia and therefore without room type specified, I became more skeptical that this may just be the mode of operation at this hotel- keep it full by taking all reservations independent of room type the people specify.
