5. They were very supportive of our previous problems at the Andaz, we paid for the buffet breakfast, we were put on the Sheraton 'Club Level' floor and given vouchers for free drinks on the club level floor as complimentary.

Prior to coming to this hotel I had phoned, from the UK to get a treat arranged but was bitterly disappointed when we got to the room that this had not been arranged, and was even more dismayed that when I went to the gym and spoke to a young lady on reception she appeared disinterested, however on speaking to another receptionist, Cherry I think my faith was restored with a complimentary gift to the room.
