1. When we arrived for check in the staff were friendly enough but the room we was booked into was dirty on arrival but that was quickly sorted out and cleaned after we brought this up with management.

6. i guess it depends on the room/cleanliness u happen to get on the given day u check in, but i`m sure if there are any issues the staff would be quick to correct them.

7. I would suggest that you secure your reservations on line through their website so you have proof of your reservation and bring a copy with you when you check-in.
