1. This is a good value but visitors have to be comfortable with the Mexican neighborhood.

3. Aside from the homeless begging (of which there were more near the convention center then in this neighborhood) we had no problems in the neighborhood.

6. The neighborhood may put off a lot of people and you probably will not want to take a late evening stroll, but my wife and I walked to several nearby restaurants and had no problems or concerns.

8. This is definitely an inner city neighborhood with iron bars on all the windows and gates around most businesses, including the motel.
