1. It's a shame because it was a nice building not without charm, the lobby looks like it's been freshly painted, and it could be a very nice hotel - but it is run down, dirty and unpleasent - it looks like the owners have completely lost interest in customer satisfaction.

2. Pluses: clean sheets and clean bathroom fixtures, the mini refrig was cold, free internet in the hotel lobby.

3. The computers in the lobby were set up so that I could click on an icon (transportation, movies, shopping etc.) and it would take me right to what I was looking for.
