1. No More Cigarette smell ANYWERE!so smokers, PLEASE JUST walk around the block, it seems to be a very safe area, or use the 'smoking Bench' outside the lobby door.

2. You can walk to Westwood Blvd (and 7-11) and Santa Monica Blvd in less than 5 minutes, jump on a few different buses that will take you Anywere in LA.

3. Century City is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride, Westwood 15 minutes by bus, Santa Monica downtown and Beach 30 minutes, maybe?by bus and lots of places to walk/bike to as well.

4. More restaurants up Westwood if you want to walk a little.
