Location off the Hwy 101 excellent, price for the room was great, close to Universal Studios, but my reservations were for a non-smoking room and they booked me into a smoking room and when I went to confront them about it they told me they had no non-smoking rooms left and they wanted me to stay in the smoking room - I said "No" I booked a non-smoking room with 2 beds and it's a family trip - they wanted to give me a 1 bed non-smoking - I said "No" and they finally gave me a 2 bed non-smoking room - that was a real downer!- the parking is difficult especially with a family vehicle like an SUV.
