1. Very high price, on line the quote was $60 paid $91.14, small towels, heater took 25 min to warm up,no kleenex, creepy place sort of like Bates Motel in Psycho.

3. It was very clean, freshly painted, clean carpeting, NO BUGS, (we pulled the sheets back & checked), thin towels, new sheets & blankets, comfortable mattresses.
