3. I rate sleep quality a 'three' because of its proximity to loud Beale Street -- which is the reason we stayed there.

4. Our only complaint would be the price of parking- while we understand that this is a city hotel and parking can be expensive, many of the surrounding lots were cheaper and if you parked in the hotel lot as a non-guest you were given a cheaper rate than the guest rate.

6. I would definitely recommend this location to others and also stay here again unless I can get Peabody to beat their rate which I don't see happening.

7. Overall I would rate this hotel a 'Must stay at' if you are in the Memphis area and it is right next to all the action on Beale Street which if you don't like loud music you better not stay here.
