1. It took housekeeping a while to clean the room, but it was a very busy weekend due to the Scream Tour (music concert) being in town.

10. We also left the Do Not Disturb off the door, and our room (and others on our floor) were missed by housekeeping, so we had to prompt for them by phone to come get the garbage and bring us clean towels.
