1. FIrst, we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and at 10am housekeeping knocked on the door and asked if they could clean the room.

2. This would be mitigated by a strong attempt to keep the place clean, but this is Memphis - poor customer service and slovenly housekeeping are the rule.
