Later, same day, we went to front desk to ask directions, and same person told the other person that it was her turn to help someone because she already helped other people (she was just sitting at the back desk and probably didn`t think we could hear her, but this was RUDE because when you are in customer service you should jump up and help when needed and not act like it is an inconvenience).
