3. Imagine being greeted by a welcoming staff, checking you in quickly and placing you in a quiet, quaint room, with a very comfy bed with perfect pillows, and the bath stocked with plump, fresh towels and all the amenities ones needs.

5. Whilst the bed was comfortable, our linen had some holes in it, and some rubbish from a previous guest remained next to our bin for the entire duration of our stay, so cleaning could be more attentive.
